Environmental Services Technician (Part Time) - Voorhees, New Jersey

Conduct basic repairs and preventative maintenance including but not limited to: bulb and ceiling tile replacement, accepting deliveries, painting, weekly cleaning of the whirlpools after hours, testing pool waters and adding chemicals to balance readings, and any other tasks as assigned by management. Must have the ability to use hand tools, power tools, to climb and work from ladders, carry and lift items routinely up to 45 pounds including repetitive stooping and lifting. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions with all persons. Maintain the facility with consistent standards of order, cleanliness and safety throughout the facility. This position will maintain locker rooms, including restrooms, showers, saunas, Jacuzzi’s, showers, and steam rooms. Keep laundry room clean and organized. Empty trash, replace liners, break down and throw out used boxes, check exterior grounds for trash and remove. Must also be able to accept deliveries properly and locate stock to designated areas when needed. Individual should be a team player with the commitment to be flexible and accommodating to the hours we serve our members and the desire to contribute to the team effort. This position is part time.
